have been instructing at the Mushin Dojo owened by our president Alfie Lewis.

It is impossible to calculate the spirit, effort and dedication that the Mushin Honbu has witnessed over the years. Those truly dedicated to Budo  will understand  the spirit that can emit from a dojo.
