Thank you for your interest in the Kizuna Brotherhood.  If accepted, you will be invited to join the Kizuna brotherhood as Shakei - Youngest Brother, or as a member - (See Ranking System).

Once accepted, a fee of £25.00 per annum is required. You will then receive a member or brother certificate and lapel pin. 

Kizuna merchandise will be available according to your status.

Kizuna status is not assured by merely filling in this form. We require brothers who match our criteria.
