KIZUNA BROTHERHOOD DONATES ALMOST £1000 TO MARIE CURIE

The Marie Curie was a charity and organisation that had a special place in the heart of GM Colwell – both he and his wife Yvonne Colwell, benefitted greatly from the Marie Curie specialist care towards the latter end of their lives.

The Kizuna Brotherhood is a NOT FOR PROFIT organisation – to this extent, we have decided to make The Marie Curie our chosen lead charity. Our intention is that, in the future, we will look to add other charities to the list of beneficiaries as well as The Marie Curie.

As a result of the heavily supported 2016 Memorial Old Ways Seminar, held at The Florrie in Liverpool, on behalf of all of the Kizuna Brothers, we were able to raise £890 in support of the richly deserving charity. This will help with the invaluable work that they do on behalf of people who would much rather not be in a position to receive it.

Marie Curie Fundraiser, Tina Robinson, thanked the Kizuna Brotherhood – “We are delighted with the support from The Kizuna – it is a tremendous contribution and a great effort from all of those involved – without this type of support, we quite simply could not exist. Thank You!”
